1 Q: Can I pick up my winning lot(s) and where can I pick it up? 

A: Yes, it is possible to pick it up personally at our auction. 

2 Q: How will my winning lot(s) be shipped? 

A: They are sent with DHL, UPS, FEDEX or the Spanish post (Correos), it depends on the customer. 

3 Q: Are these winning lot(s) properly packaged and are they insured? 

A: They are NOT insured, however they will be professionaly packed. 

4 Q: Which method of payments are available? 

A: Only bank transfer. 

5 Q: Can I visit the auction at location and start bidding there? 

A: No, it’s an online auction. You can visit the auction by appointment only (to see the lots). 

6 Q: Why is there only an online auction and no realtime auction? 

A: The difference is, is that there are less costs involved and we can reach a global audience. 

7 Q: Can I refuse a winning lot(s)? 

A: No, once it’s bought online, you have signed a legal buying contrant. If the description doesn’t match the lot, then you have the right to refuse. 

8 Q: Is this website / online auction reliable? 

A: Yes, we don’t use or sell stored online information of costumers for other purposes. We don’t sell/share our database to third party. 

9 Q: How long will it take before I receive my winning lot(s)? 

A: This depends on your country and the courier service you have selected. (DHL, UPS, FEDEX or the Spanish Post). 

10 Q: Are there additional costs (hidden costs) after the bidding? 

A: Yes, the auction fee is: 8% + IVA. 

11 Q: I would like to ask a question, how can I contact? 

A: The best way to contact us is through e-mail or the contact form. 

12 Q: How can I change my personal information? 

A: You can log-in and change your details, after approval from the administration department your details will be configured. 

13 Q: Will my data be passed on or sold to third parties? 

A: No, your details won’t be passed on or sold to third parties. 

14 Q: My winning lot is damaged, now what? 

A: Insurance is to be taken care of by the buyer (you). We don’t take responsibility for transportation. 

Q: Is there a guarantee on the paintings, clocks and other lot numbers? 

No, we cannot give any guarantee on any of these items. The sizes of paintings are approximate and include the frame. We do not give any guarantees of authenticity for stamps.
